I’m a keynote speaker with a background in communications, business and PR. Over the last two decades I have worked with well over 150 organisations across marketing and communications, and built my own award-winning public relations agency from scratch. After successfully exiting my agency, I now work with people across New Zealand and Australia to improve the way they communicate.

Before I was a proper grown-up, I became a mum. I spent the first few years of motherhood on the benefit before finishing my degree and entering the workforce. I had no business starting a business four years later … but I did. With no money, savings or experience, I built NZ’s top regional public relations agency from scratch - growing a community of over 550 professionals and donating hundreds of thousands of dollars of pro-bono services, all based on my personal brand.

At the same time, I was growing my family. I worked in labour, I worked with a newborn. I worked in the midst of a divorce, on holiday, and in the middle of the night. I grew an accidental second business as a speaker and trainer, and eight years after starting my business - I realised it was time for a change. I successfully sold Little & Loud in 2026 and am rediscovering my new career as a ‘work-optional’ mum of three in my mid-30s.

I often share my personal and professional story with audiences of many different backgrounds. It’s a story that many people relate to, and one that reinforces the importance of being yourself.
