Who is Lizi?

One of my clients once described me as contagiously enthusiastic and honestly, that still sums me up pretty well.

I'm a keynote speaker, AI literacy and communications trainer based in Palmerston North. I work with leaders, professionals, and teams across Aotearoa New Zealand to help navigate things that don't come with a manual.

I’m a communications and public relations professional by trade, and I spent eight years building one of New Zealand's top regional PR agencies from scratch. Little & Loud was named PRINZ Consultancy of the Year in 2024, and our team donated over $150,000 in pro-bono services. I've since trained over 1,200 people on AI literacy and speak at conferences and events nationwide.

Like all good stories, my life has had a few plot twists. I became a mum at 20, started a business with no money and not enough experience, navigated burnout, built a community, lived with undiagnosed ADHD, welcomed two more daughters into our family and spent two years trying to understand our eldest daughter’s unexpected and life-changing neurological condition.

My presentations combine what I’ve learnt working with more than 150 organisations and building and selling a successful business, with my personal stories and experiences. I build trust and rapport quickly with audiences, creating a space where they are ready to learn and think about things differently.
