I’m a communications and public relations professional by trade, and I spent eight years building one of New Zealand's top regional PR agencies from scratch before exiting in 2026. I've since trained over 2,000 people on AI literacy or communications, and speak at conferences and events nationwide.

Like all good stories, my life has had a few plot twists. I became a mum at 20, started a business with no money and not enough experience, navigated burnout, built a community, lived with undiagnosed ADHD, welcomed two more daughters into our family and spent two years trying to understand our eldest daughter’s unexpected and life-changing neurological condition.

My presentations combine what I’ve learnt working with more than 150 organisations, contemporary research and insights, my experience building and selling a successful business, and my personal stories. I build trust and rapport quickly with audiences, creating a space where they are ready to learn and think about things differently.
